![]() Your son is gone, and you are attacked by strange pests that have infested the halls. The Vault is littered with decaying skeletons and the frozen corpses of your neighbors. Eventually, your pod opens and you awaken. For a moment, you swear things become clear again, your eyes making out the silhouettes of your spouse and son struggling against someone. Everything goes dark, and you get the strangest sensation, as though years are passing by like seconds. You lose track of time as your mind numbs. Too shocked to question it, you step into the pod, and suddenly find yourself feeling very cold. However, once you're inside the Vault, things start to deviate from what you expected - you're told by the staff to put on a strange jumpsuit and enter a "decontamination pod" before proceeding. As the elevator to the Vault descends, you catch a glimpse of a nuclear detonation to the south, and hear the shockwave pass over the closing entrance, eradicating the life you left behind. After the local newscaster announces that the United States and China have launched hundreds of nuclear warheads at each other, you and your family rush to Vault 111, praying that you'll make it inside in time. and China are less than ideal, but who cares? Alaska's been liberated, American troops are marching towards Beijing, and with your spot reserved in the nearby Vault-Tec fallout shelter, you can sleep comfortably knowing your family is prepared for the future. Times may be a bit tight, what with the food and medicine rationing, and the news says there's a lot of rioting about it in the cities, but surely that won't affect you out here. You and your spouse have a beautiful home, a darling baby son, and even one of those fancy new Mister Handy robots to help out with chores. It's 2077, and Sanctuary Hills, Massachusetts is an okay place to live. Fallout 3's Bethesda Game Studios returns as the developer. They are not always like that though.Fallout 4 is an open-world Action RPG and the third Numbered Sequel in the Fallout franchise, following 2008's Fallout 3 and Obsidian Entertainment's 2010 Gaiden Game Fallout: New Vegas. If you then have seen one group of robots wipe out 4 Gunners and The Forged then you've seen a pretty strong compositions. ![]() ![]() I've reloaded several fights in the past just to get better with certain situations only to learn that it will often change in the outcome simply because the groups are random in their composition. I wouldn't let one event make up my mind. You'll get mobs of like 9 with a couple of legendaries mixed in, who will try to rush you. That's also where Feral Ghouls get stronger. I still have to see a new Gunner attack (it has been a while). The Super Mutants also can come with missile launchers. The last attack by Raiders I've had was it 5 of them in PA and 2 more (without) but triple barrel missile launchers. While the robots can be quite destructive and will come plentiful and with some tough sentry bots, too, can Raiders show up in Power Armor. The picture changes when you have to defend settlements. You wouldn't want to add a weak faction to the game with a DLC, but most players would like to get a harder one usually. It's not a bad thing when you think about it. ![]() So then you have the new faction with the DLC, who appear to be stronger. It depends on luck and everyone will have made slightly different observations. The Forged seem thougher than the Gunners. On par with Gunners are the Synth, although those don't appear that often and so it's a bit difficult to compare them to the rest. I'd say they're even stronger than Gunners, but the suicides are miss'n'hit. Then you have Super Mutants, who often end up blowing themselves up, but also wiping out everyone else, too. You must have noticed by now that scavengers and the occasional Minuteman patrols are the weakest, then you have the Raiders being somewhat stronger and the Gunners being stronger than them. Instead, accept that some groups are stronger and others are weaker. Don't go looking for some kind of balance or equilibrium. ![]() Haven't seen any group do something like that before. They started by wiping out a group of 4 Gunners and then proceeded to eliminate every sentry around Saugus Ironworks afterwards. Like I meet a group up around the Slog composed of 3 Dust Devils, 2 Ripper Sentry Bots and some Mr. It's just that they seem to own everything else in the Commenwealth.
